Home Depot is about half the distance that this Lowe’s is from my house but this store is worth the extra drive. The store manager Seth is incredibly helpful and friendly and does an excellent job of ensuring the rest of the associates are the same. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Another good experience at Lowes. Picked up items for finishing a privacy wall on our deck. We didn't need help from anyone since we had already been here the week before to get these same items. We just needed to buy a few more.
I always check out their plant selection. I love plants and will usually buy one if I see a type of plant that I don't have at home.

I had a great experience with Laura DeFendis at Riverton's pro desk. I needed a quick turnaround on some lumber and none of what I needed was in stock. Laura sourced, priced, and delivered the needed lumber in the short timeframe I needed. Since I was project manager for a house interior/exterior renovation and had my own business she walked me through setting up a pro account to receive use the Pro $20 delivery option, as well as get a great discount on the lumber. She was efficient, friendly, helpful and gave constant follow-up on where she was in the process. Laura is a credit to their pro desk. I mentioned her name to some of the contractors working on the project and wasn't too surprised to find most knew her and head the same experience I did. If you're a pro customer needing help, I strongly recommend Laura!

I didnt get the girls name that helped us, but she has pink/purple hair (i think one side was either of those colors and the other black) and there was another one girl.

I have always liked lowes. They have a good selection of goods and the staff is always willing to help you find what your looking for.
I'm always checking the sales floor looking for clearance stuff as well. I have found many great deals that way. I have found everything from tools to bath vanities. Half my decisions are based on what I find at Lowe's.

Got mulch over the weekend and the service at the load up area was the best. Haven't seen that kind of helpful service for a long time. Highly recommend this store in Riverton

I totally prefer Lowe's over home depot! I am always asked if I need help and all my projects are done on time! I spend as much time at Lowe's as I do at the grocery store!!

We come here quite often when we are doing projects. We’ve had great customer service. My spouse and I sincerely enjoyed meeting a Deaf employee there. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. People who are Deaf can do anything hearing people can do. We also had a delivery and Justin the driver was great! He was very helpful! We had some missing items and some broken items and told us what we needed to do. He deserves a raise.

I just had the most wholesome experience at this location today. I had an issue with a snow blower that was delivered to my home (not a Lowes issue, an issue with the manufacturer). However, Sheri, did not rest until there was a solution I could use today (before we get dumped on by snow this weekend).
It took Sheri time, personal effort, and a whole lot of creativity to craft a solution that left me beyond satisfied (ecstatic) and also benefits Lowes directly. Win-win scenarios are so rare, and Sheri formulating one today is a sign Lowes understands customer service and why physical locations with empathetic humans will always have a place in the consumer's needs.

My husband and I purchased a washing machine and Lowes had free delivery. On top of that they took out our old washing machine and hooked up the new one. They were so nice and helpful.

I had a lady help me on. 9/23/23 hey name is Linda and she is deaf. I told her I would do a review cause she was sooooo helpful. I am hoping this helps her. She needs 10. Anyways! She helped me pick out a few Halloween items. One turned out sooooo cute. Thanks for going the extra mile. I wished I could share a pic. Was such a great idea for my outside decor. She deserves a reward.

Had some questions about doorknobs and re-keying the locks, and two of the employees from the hardware department came and answered all my questions. I was really grateful for their kindness and taking the time to show me how to re-key the Kwikset doorknobs I bought. They even offered to help me re-key them in-store. Very touched by their kindness and taking extra time with me to make sure I understood how to install the doorknobs on my own. I have three brand new working doorknobs successfully installed and didn't feel dumb at all for asking for extra guidance.
