I love Home Depot. Always have carts available at front entrance and lumbar entrance. Easy to find inventory. Items are in correct place. Any staff can assist you. Very clean store.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Home Depot!!!! EVERY time I go there, someone ALWAYS says hello & and asks me if I need anything! So far, I have not had a bad experience. They're always helpful, courteous & pleasant. While most females would rather shop at the mall or get the hair & nails done, I am going to HOME DEPOT!! I love that they have the free workshops for children, too. They can do it there, or take the kits home to do later.

This is a very nice store with great service. I highly recommend this store if you have any home improvement projects. This is one of The Home Depot's better locations. I'm happy we have a store like this close to us.

I always enjoy coming here and I can find everything I'm looking for with all the big signs on each Isle planveiw to help you find everything so much easier and the staff is very helpful and friendly as well and the self checkout is handy now and faster to and this is my come to home repair place and they doing a great job yes indeed 👍💯👌

I used to be a Lowe’s guy but this Home Depot store in Hattiesburg is the best in town. The staff is very quick to help. You don’t have to look around all day to find help. They’re knowledgeable and helpful. The store is stocked. You can use the Home Depot app to check the in store availability of an item you’re needing and if they don’t have it you save a trip AND they’ll get it for you. It’s super convenient. Aside from specialty shops, this is my hardware store every time.

No joke I was coming here to give a bad review and 1 star because after an associate called for someone to come make me keys. I literally watched 4 of them walk right past me or turn another aisle. After she saw me sitting there, she called for someone again. A nice gentleman named Ham came from outside and made my 13 keys I needed. Mr. Hamilton was nice, polite, and kind. Thank him because he literally saved me from giving 1 star.

Mr. Tracey was so professional, knowledgeable & polite. I was walking around the store looking for door & window tint. He took me straight to what I needed & answered all my questions. I appreciate receiving great customer service. Thanks Mr. Tracey!

My first contact with the employee (Jenna) at the customer service counter was awful. I ordered a curbside pickup order. I was told via a text not to come to the store until I was notified my order was ready. As soon as I told her why I was there, she looked at her watch and very curtly sad it closed 1 hour and 12 minutes ago. I said to her, well I didn't come earlier because no one has notified me. Her tone remained curt and she said do you know your order number. I gave her a copy of my order. She looked it up on the computer and said it was not ready. I asked if they had pulled any of the merchandise. She looked and replied no items had been pulled. I showed her my order and brought her attention to the notice that it would be ready today. I am handicap and use a walker to ambulate do I asked if there was anyone available to help me gather the order. She paged someone overhead and I moved aside in order for her to help someone else. I stood there 30 minutes waiting and during this time I noticed it wasn't me that made her act do rudely because she was rude to everyone. I went over and asked if they answered the page and she said who? I told her I didn't know who she had paged to come help me. Then she said there was a lady pulling my order now. About 15 minutes later the lady returned with one item (screws). She said that was the only thing available. I showed her my order and every item had a notation that it was in stock and available for pickup on this day. I then went with her and gathered items I felt like I could substitute. My point in this story is someone who works in Customer Service should be willing to provide courteous customer service. I worked in retail for 11 years and I would never dated to be as rude as this person was. Yes, there are busy days but that is no excuse not to provide the service courteously to the customer. If you think I probably had a cushy job and not one as demanding as hers you are wrong. I also provided patient care as a Registered Nurse for 41 years so believe me I understand all about stress I just understand rudeness. If she doesn't like her job she should leave and get a job that does not require her to be courteous to all customers at all times.

Still going because you need stuff for the house it's a place to go for your house to pick up things to finish your house
